Slaanesh typically appears in an androgynous form in which it is a woman on the right side and a man on the left with two sets of devilish horns growing from its head. While generally referred to as a "he" by Humans and as a female by the Aeldari, Slaanesh is actually neither gender, combining characteristics of both and perfecting them.
Warhammer 40k rule 34 full#
Slaanesh is the youngest of the four major Chaos Gods, having come to full sentience within the Immaterium only during the 30th Millennium. Lust, pride and self-indulgence are the hallmarks of all who follow it. My play group has found that 750pts to 1000pts a player feels about right, oddly enough multiplayer games can take longer to play than 1v1 games since there's discussion between players and sometime waiting if both players on the same team are targeting the same opponent.Slaanesh, also known as the Dark Prince, the Prince of Pleasure, the Lord of Excess, the Perfect Prince, and even the Prince of Chaos in the Imperium of Man, is the Chaos God of pleasure, excess and decadence.

One last bit of advice, try to keep the games lower than 1,500pts a player, at that point you're stepping into apocalypse level games and can take a long time to resolve. Lastly, keep command points and usage separate so for example both players can use the re-roll once per phase, it can be unfair to the other player if one player either blows through command points or wastes a re-roll on something silly like a armour save against overwatch when the other player was hoping to use it to make a long charge, not to mention if you play two of the same armies and were both hoping to use the same strategic ability like webway assault or something like that. Secondly we also have both players deploy at the same time since it saves a lot of time, so following with the previous example the IG and SM players would both put down a unit, then the Chaos and Ork players would both place a unit rather than alternating 1 unit a side back and forth which can take a while. Message the Moderators.īest way my play group found to handle multiplayer cooperative games is to have both players act at the same time but as independent armies.īoth players take their turn at the same time and move through phases at the same time but are treated as separate armies, it makes it fairer if you end up with IG + SM vs Chaos + Orks or something like that since imperium can share some buffs but orks and chaos can't, it's not fair to give the side that happens to be the same faction an advantage.
